The International Crowd Funding Association (ICFA) has announced a merger with the National Crowd Funding Board. The combined organization will present a strong voice within the crowd funding industry promoting regulatory compliance, transparency, and sound business practices. Presently the ICFA is monitoring and developing comments for consideration by the SEC for the proposed rules or regulations that will govern crowd funding.
